What exactly is therapy?
Who is it for?

Therapy is a form of mental health treatment aimed at helping individuals address and overcome emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. It involves working with a licensed mental health professional and can be beneficial for those struggling with mental health issues or seeking personal growth. Through therapy, individuals can gain self-awareness, learn coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being.

Everyone’s situation is different. Your insurance will also help to determine your out-of-pocket costs. For more information about our fees, please contact us so we can assist you.

The first session with any new therapist is called an intake session. During this session, we will gather information including your history, why you’re here, and what your goals are for our time together. As well as an opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to get a sense of what we and our offices are like, it also serves as a chance for you to ask questions.
